Understanding Our Custom Footwear Return Policy

All footwear sales are final. Non refundable/ No Exchanges/ No Returns 

Each pair is custom made to each order. Once production and painting has begun, we cannot process any refund request. 

Customer has up to 24hrs after purchase is made to cancel the order on any footwear products. 

If there is any defect with any item received, please email us your customer information and a photo of the defect to discuss whether it may need to be sent back and adjusted.

The shoes must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We require proof of purchase and detailed descriptions or photos highlighting any defects or issues.
